Dom brings over 30 years of experience in business ownership, having established, built, run, and exited ventures in manufacturing, marketing, electronics, and agricultural industry segments. His firsthand experience gives him a deep understanding of the emotional connections involved in exiting a business. Dom specializes in financial analysis from an owner’s perspective, staff motivation, negotiating lease terms, managing the sale process, and facilitating successful business transactions.

Letitia has over 15 years experience in corporate advisory including involvement on numerous buy- and sell-side transactions for a variety of clients. Letitia’s expertise lies in the project management of corporate transactions, deal origination, due diligence, valuations, and established corporate relationships and knowledge. Prior to Stratton, Letitia worked in the Corporate Finance teams at PwC and Moore Australia before consulting as an independent corporate advisor.
