Dom has over 30 years of business ownership including establishing, building, running, and exiting his own businesses in manufacturing, marketing, electronics, and agricultural industry segments. As a business owner himself, Dom has an acute awareness of the emotional ties an owner has when exiting a business. Dom’s skills lie in understanding the financial analysis required of small- to mid-sized businesses from an owners’ perspective, building and motivating staff, negotiating premises and equipment lease terms, the project management of a business sale process, identifying potential buyers, and the negotiation and completion of business sales.

Letitia has over 15 years’ experience in corporate advisory including involvement on numerous buy- and sell-side transactions for a variety of clients. Letitia’s expertise lies in the project management of corporate transactions, deal origination, due diligence, valuations, and established corporate relationships and knowledge. Prior to Stratton, Letitia worked in the Corporate Finance teams at PwC and Moore Australia before consulting as an independent corporate advisor. 

Kerrydan has over eight years’ experience in corporate advisory, specifically in mergers and acquisitions, strategic buy- and sell-side advice, financial and commercial due diligence, and deal and contract negotiations. Previously, Kerrydan has worked for PwC and boutique corporate finance firms.
